5. Payment and Refunds
  • Fees for courses, certifications, and services must be paid as per the pricing and terms provided at the time of registration.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our official Refund Policy, available on request or at the time of enrollment.
  • Failure to attend or complete the course does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.
6. Certification

  • Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of all course requirements, including attendance, assignments, assessments, and any other conditions specified at enrollment. We reserve the right to withhold certification if performance or participation is inadequate.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • BIM Americas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use of our services, including (but not limited to) data loss, access delays, or disruptions to service.

8. Changes to Services or Terms

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
