1. Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and truthful.

Course enrollment is subject to availability and any applicable eligibility criteria.
Access to course materials is granted only to registered participants and is non-transferable.
Fees must be paid in full (or via approved installment plans) before access to content or certification is granted.
Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course content is strictly prohibited.

3. Code of Conduct

Users are expected to behave professionally and respectfully while interacting on our platforms. Prohibited behavior includes but is not limited to:

Unauthorized access or attempts to breach our platform’s security
Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate communication with instructors or peers
Submission of false information or academic dishonesty
Disruption of any live sessions or learning environments
Violation may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or permanent removal from the course, without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, video content, graphics, documents, and branding are the intellectual property of BIM Americas or its content providers. These may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.

5. Payment and Refunds

Fees for courses, certifications, and services must be paid as per the pricing and terms provided at the time of registration.
Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our official Refund Policy, available on request or at the time of enrollment.
Failure to attend or complete the course does not automatically entitle the participant to a refund.

6. Certification

Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of all course requirements, including attendance, assignments, assessments, and any other conditions specified at enrollment. We reserve the right to withhold certification if performance or participation is inadequate.

7. Limitation of Liability

BIM Americas shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses or damages resulting from the use of our services, including (but not limited to) data loss, access delays, or disruptions to service.

8. Changes to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our services or these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
